I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's value for money. Despite being on a low budget, I was able to get a clean room with all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation and the mountains nearby. Plus, the rooms offered decent views of the fireworks on New Year's Eve, which was a nice touch.

No major issues, everything was okay.

Kyriad hotel is very close to Grenoble, staff is very kind and room was clean. We have not had any trouble with the noise even though it is situated on the main street.

The staff was excellent: very helpful and couteous.

The comfort of the room: not very spacious, and the closing of the room door.

The hotel had easy transportation to the city center and was near to the city center and shopping center. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the hotel was clean. Additionally, the breakfast was tasty and satisfying.

Room was hot and too noisy outside to open window during night. Air conditioning wasn't effective. Lots of ongoing renovation work (it needs it).

The hotel is conveniently located near the Patinoire Polesud, which is great value for money if planning to visit. the room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. It was a nice surprise to have a water boiler and complimentary mineral water, tea, instant coffee, and cookies in the room.

The surrounding area is not that attractive, and the nearest supermarket and tram station are quite far away, about a 15-20 minute walk. the hotel looks a little 'tired,' and some of the facilities need to be refurbished, like the elevators and the bathroom, even though it's clean.

This hotel is a great base for exploring the nearby citycenter, the mountains or the super market. Guests can enjoy a comfortable room with great beds and a clean bathroom. the receptionists are friendly and helpful, and guests can start their day with a delicious breakfast. Facilities like an electric kettle and a tea maker add to a comfortable stay.

Some guests have mentioned noisy heating systems and late-night fire alarms but, overall, this place seems to be a good choice for those seeking a comfortable and affordable stay.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Grenoble that offers excellent value for money. The prices were very reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The staff were friendly and provided great service, making sure that all my needs were met. The basic amenities in the room were just what I needed, and the view from the room of the fireworks on New Year's Eve was a nice bonus. The location of the hotel, close to the tram and bus stops, made it convenient to visit the supermarket, explore the mountains, and even go shopping at the nearby shopping centre. The breakfast options were also a highlight, with a wide variety of choices available.

The hotel is starting to show its age and could benefit from some updates and refurbishing. Furthermore, while the area around the hotel seemed safe and quiet, it wasn't the most attractive part of town.

Lastly, the hotel's location in a residential area provided a peaceful and quiet environment, perfect for a good night's sleep.
